Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
If we offer free shipping during any promotion, it will be clearly shown on the website or checkout page.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for selected locations. If COD is available, it will be shown at checkout.
Please provide a correct phone number and address to avoid delivery issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp if available.
You can use the tracking link to check your order status.
Wrong Address or Phone Number
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct before placing the order.

Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your order because the customer is unavailable, refuses delivery, or provides incorrect details, the order may be returned to us.
Extra shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
